At Collision Care, we understand that a car accident is an unexpected, and often traumatic experience. We know that not having a vehicle can be seriously disruptive and stressful.

Our purpose after all is restoring your car and to get your car back. Throughout the repair process, we are here to help guide you every step of the way. We begin by making the appointment process easy right from the start.

The first step is to be sure to notify your insurance carrier about your accident. Then, you can go to Collision – Care.com to make an online appointment for an in-person estimate or to drop off your vehicle with Collision Care.
You also have the option to call us directly at our Springfield Virginia or Arlington Virginia locations and allow us to help you with arrangements.

We are a pre-approved collision center with most major insurance carriers. Saving you the time and the hassle of getting multiple estimates. We coordinate the insurance claims and the scheduling and can even help arrange your car rental at most of our Collision Care locations.

We will inspect your car to identify internal damage, not just what you can see from the outside.
From there, we will provide an estimated completion date and after your approval, the repairs begin. We stay in touch with you throughout the process to keep you updated on your car’s progress.

Honda and Acura Certified

Honda is committed to providing safety for everyone, in the way Honda and Acura cars are built, and in the way they are repaired after a collision. Due to the increasing application of on-board safety, collision avoidance technology, and advanced materials in vehicle manufacturing, the collision repair industry and repair technology are evolving with increasing speed and intensity.

Today, it takes a highly-qualified collision shop to properly repair a Honda or Acura automobile – one with training, skill, the proper tools and equipment and the latest repair information. It takes a shop dedicated to their craft – a Honda and Acura Certified Collision shop.

I-CAR Gold Class Designated

When your car has been in a collision, getting it repaired properly is critical for your family’s safety and your peace of mind. But how do you know if a shop has the up-to-date knowledge to repair your vehicle safely?

I-CAR Gold Class designation lets you know a collision repair shop has trained technicians who know how to repair your vehicle properly.

Approximately 20% of collision repair shops currently complete the rigorous training requirements needed to meet the Gold Class standard.

As vehicles incorporate more and more new materials and new technologies, current training has become increasingly important for proper repairs. Gold Class shops are trained to know how to make the right decisions for a safe repair.
